Synopsis

For Blizzard, the feeling of betrayal was one he knew well.
His father was a long-time member of the Brothers by Blood MC. He believed the brotherhood came first, even before his wife and child. At first Blizzard didn't even blame his mother for walking out on them. That was until he learned that she’d hooked up with a member of another MC, leaving him behind to deal with the aftermath.
He never thought he would feel that kind of pain again, swearing that his back would never again see the blade of another knife. That was until Rose came along, tempting him, drawing him in and then leaving him on the sidewalk, fighting for his life as she walked away with the enemy.
Rose had spent her whole life wondering where she’d come from.
Her mother had always kept that information to herself, taking it with her to the grave. She was determined to know her history and her father but soon found it wasn't the reunion she’d hoped for. She may have escaped the hands of a madman, but the family she’d been left with still didn't fill the void she had inside.
Rose had made many mistakes, hurting people who cared for her and destroying herself in the process. She was heading down a dark road and returning to the town where she lost herself—and her heart—was never part of the plan. When given the opportunity for redemption and with nothing left to lose she was about to throw herself back into hell. But karma against her, this time there might not be anyone coming to her rescue.
They say time heals all wounds, but time is running out. Could you forgive and forget if it meant the difference between life and death?

What People Have To Say
Confessions of a Serial Reader: This is my confession - Addison has set the bar high for book 1 of this new series.
Goodreads Review: A new author to me that writes an awesome MC book … it’s a keeper.
A Brit & A Yank: This book has it all, angst, passion, humour, heartbreak, MC life and cute little girls!

You know where you are stuck in a book funk and nothing takes your interest, you then come across a book that takes you right out of that funk. This is the book that did it for me.
This is the first book that I have read by this author, and I found it to be an excellent read, it was like a breath of fresh air. The writing flowed beautifully and you were taken on a journey about the life of Blizzard VP in the Brothers by Blood MC.
Blizzard is a man that is all about family, he hates betrayal, lies and deceit. He loves his brothers wholeheartedly and will do anything to have their backs. He wants more out of life than the club girls, he shows his loving and caring side when it comes to Jayla, the young girl who lost her mother at such a young age.
Rose is a woman that is so lost, downtrodden and doesn't know where she belongs. She previously was used as a puppet by her father and was often abused by him. She wants a family to love, and after her mother died she went in search of her father, little did she realise the trouble that it would bring and that her family was all powerful.
This is a story of previous betrayals, second chances, love realised and new beginnings.
Addison has written a read that will have you hooked from the very first page and I will be following with interest to as what she writes next.

About The Author

Hi! I am Addison Jane!
I come from a small country called New Zealand.
I have always had a strong love for reading and writing and Missing Link, whilst not the first story I have written, is the first I will be releasing.
My favourite genre is romance, specifically MC, rockstar and young adult.
I'm a single parent to a beautiful little girl, we live in a quiet little town and I have a small but amazing group of close friends.
My other passion in life is working with kids! I work with them part time along with going to school to complete my graduate diploma.
I am fortunate enough to have a great support base, whom without them, I would never have stepped out of my comfort zone and pushed myself to share my writing with you all!

“Did you hear that chick play?” Walking back off the stage I point over my shoulder at the piano.
“Yeah, I’m going to see about having her play at the wedding.” Jerking my head to look at him I wonder how the hell he pulled that off.
“What the fuck? Do you know her?” I question him as we walk back through the theater towards the door.
“I got her number. David knows her.” Of course that little uppity shithead knows her.
“Well fuck me.” Shaking my head I push through the front doors.
“What? You didn’t already fuck her did you?” The tone of his voice makes me laugh. Arrogant asshole thinks I have fucked half the city.
“No asshole I didn’t. Her playing just hit me though.” Sean laughs as he stops and looks at me.
“Hit you? As in hit you in the dick? We all know nothing hits you in an emotional kind of way.” Sometimes I wonder if he wasn’t my brother if I would kick his ass. I swear he is the biggest dick I know.
Author Interview with Erin Trejo:

Kara’s been hidden in the mountain with Zane, learning the histories of the realms, and how to fight like a true Goddess. After two-hundred and fifty years of training, she can barely best Zane in battle, but she can kick the ass of any other breathing thing. Too bad she needs more than the ability to fight with weapons. Kara needs a little normalcy, a lot of love…and she needs to learn how to set the Gods free so the maniacs of ‘Pro Ragnarok Nation’ don’t get their wish to destroy all the realms and start over with new thrones to be claimed. Hel. To. The. No. She’s going to figure it out. She has to.
As Kara learns more about herself and about the world, she finds that nothing is as it seems…not even her. She will learn shocking truths and hidden lies, and at the end of the day, she’s in the midst of them all.
Even the greatest of beings can only be broken so many times before they lock away their heart and draw their sword instead. Kara’s sword and her tongue are sharp and ready. But after everything she learns, her sword is bound to get heavier, and the prospect of a new world isn’t seeming all that bad in certain brief moments of time. Except the part where she would never see her family or those she loves again.
Moment gone. Sword ready.
This is her story, and ours, as we feel the cold bite of the first winter of Ragnarok in our world. Once the ship of the Dead has gotten off its mooring, no one anywhere will have the power to save us all.
“The Last Valkyrie” by Jennifer Sage ©2015 – Releasing on Valentine’s Day, 2016.
