After reading the first book, I just had to get my hands on this one. It picks up from where the last book finished and we are sent on a roller coaster journey.
This is a book that you have to read from start to finish in one sitting. You feel every emotion possible reading this so be warned keep the tissues handy because you will need them.
We meet Ky here and his is what you call a serious man whore, this guy loves women alot. But he does have a sensitive side and he is very protective of those he cares about.
Enter Lilah, Maddie's sister now this is one girl that I feel for, she has been told that because she is beautiful that she is evil. After being freed from the commune she struggles living in the outside world. I couldn't imagine how she was feeling being ripped from one world and put in to another. Ky sees Lilah and wants her for himself and we watch how this relationship progresses.
This is truly a fantastic read, if I could give it more than 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so. It is written extremely well and you can tell that Tille has research this book thoroughly.
I definitely would recommend this to read.

Heart Recaptured is the second book by Tillie Cole in The Hades Hangman series. You must have read book #1 first.
This book immediately picks up from where It Ain't Me Babe left off with The Order being destroyed and Mae and her 'sisters' having being rescued by Styx and his Hades Hangmen brothers.
Heart Recaptured focuses on Delilah, one of Mae's sisters whose struggling to adjust to life on the outside. Lilah was a devote member of The Order and never ever wanted to leave. She feels lost, confused and is desperate to return to the sanctuary of Zion to have her soul saved, she hates being released from her commune life " I do not think we will be safe here. In fact. I think Mae has dropped us into the depths of hell." She shuts herself off from all interaction with others and greatly distresses Mae.
Styx seeing his old lady's devastation at Lilah's behaviour charges his VP Kyler to help Lilah adjust, but not to touch her. Ky is not relishing the idea but they soon develop a friendship, he's used to easy women, free booze and charm. He embraces and utilises his good looks and his MC heritage have made him accustomed to an immoral life but he sees something in Lilah that makes her different to other women. Lilah starts to feel conflicted between her faith and this new way of life with her sister, the Hangmen and Ky. From her upbringing within The Order she truly believes that as a cursed woman " you bewitch men to do your bidding; they cannot force themselves away from your allurement... That the devil is within you." She truly believes people only want, need, like and lust for her as a temptation by the devil, not by their own free will.
As Ky and Lilah grow closer amongst the gritty and turbulent life within an MC a question remains of whether they can truly fit into each other's lives? Ky's world as VP of Hades Hangmen is the complete antithesis to Lilah's " I'm a VP of an outlaw MC, I'm a ruthless bastard....and I ain't ever been good to no one."
Will they be able to resolve this conundrum or will a more sinister threat take that choice away from both of them before a decision can be made?
This is a tale of Sampson and his Delilah from the biblical story, but in this version it is Delilah who transforms. The loss of something she's forever been seen for instead of who she is changes her irrevocably. It's further religious links are echoed within this book showing the the truth depths of blind obsession to a warped belief system unveil themselves this time as power, revenge and hate drive the commune's leader and other forces against The Hades Hangmen. The final few pages truly made my blood run cold....
Ultimately this is a Tillie Cole MC story of love, acceptance and family. The lengths you go to to find inner peace, love and safety in the place you were taught to fear and hate: "even salvation can be found through the love of the damned." It's a beautifully written novel and I can't wait for more in this series.

Best Selling Author, Tillie Cole, is a Northern girl through and through. She
originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny
(okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by
her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a
savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.
Being a scary blend of
Scottish and English, Tillie embraces both cultures; her English heritage
through her love of HP sauce and freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, and her
Scottish which is mostly demonstrated by her frighteningly foul-mouthed
episodes of pure rage and her much loved dirty jokes.
Having been born and
raised as a Teesside Smoggie, Tillie, at age nineteen, moved forty miles north
to the 'Toon', Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where she attended Newcastle University and
graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Religious Studies. She
returned two years later to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching
High School Social Studies. Tillie, regards Newcastle to be a home from home
and enjoyed the Newcastle Geordie way of life for seven 'proper mint' and

Tillie turned to her husband and declared, "D'you know, I have a great idea

it!" For the first time in eleven years, Tillie actually took his advice
(he is still trying to get over the shock) and immediately set off on a crazy
journey, delving deep into her fertile imagination.
Tillie, ever since, has
written from the heart. She combines her passion for anything camp and glittery
with her love of humour and dark brooding men (most often muscled and tattooed – they’re her weakness!). She also
has a serious side (believe it or not!) and loves to immerse herself in the
complex study of World Religions, History and Cultural Studies and creates
fantasy stories that enable her to thread serious issues and topics into her
writing -- yep, there's more to this girl than profanity and sparkles!
After six years of
teaching high school Social Studies and following her Professional Rugby Player
husband around Europe, they have finally given up their nomadic way of life and
settled in Calgary, Alberta where Tillie spends most of her days (and many a
late night) lost in a writing euphoria or pursuing a dazzling career as a
