I couldn't wait to read Tess Oliver's new book. I was so excited to read That Time with Sugar. I really enjoyed reading this book and loved all the characters and the story. I was hooked since the first page. This book was different than her other books that Tess Oliver has written in the past.

Tommy is in prison for a two year sentence and is about to get out of prison. Sugar is a southern girl who has a lot of sass about her.
Tommy is young complex man who has anger issues and is in jail for drugs. Sugar is the flirty type who has issues of her own. They both are lost souls and they find solace in each other.
