I get excited every time I hear that Nashoda is releasing a book, and this is no exception.
This was a fantastic read, learning everything about Kai and the reasons behind the way he is today.
An emotional read as he really has had a horrific life, being conditioned to not have emotional feelings, basically becoming a machine.
But that all changes with London. London has also suffered so. such, but she is strong. She is someone that you can admire as no matter what is thrown at her, it makes her a stronger person.
This was an emotional, but invigorating read. Nashoda has a way of pulling you into book and making sure that everything else you need to do disappears, forgotten.
I cannot wait for the next book, Connor's story.
