This is the first book that I have read by this author and it was a really good read.
Elena is made to come to the US by her father after promises of a new life are made. Little did she know that this was all a lie. She then meets a man, a man that agrees to help her father and she agrees to marriage, but this man is the kingpin of the drug world. She feels trapped and useless in this relationship, and doesn't know how to get out.
King is a prospect for the Fallen Aces MC, he is one of those sexy bikers, but when it comes to women he is shy.
Meeting Elena, King decides that he must have her. this affair is going to cause more problems than they both believed. Choices need to be made, sides need to be taken.
This was another fantastic biker read and I will be looking forward to the next in the series.

Unrequited is the first half of this story and it is a slow burn, a tentative romance between a prospect that is too loyal to his club to forgo the rules for his heart. A woman held hostage by her obligations to her mother and father, who have kept secrets hidden from her. Two star crossed lovers who had they met at another time and place their love would be flourish but instead it is buried deep below their duty. Filled with action, drama and a weaving web of mistrust Unrequited is another masterful tale that I could not put down. A cliffhanger ending that left me breathless I need to know the rest of their journey...King is becoming a force to be reckoned with. That man is downright sinful and his heart is so full of love and loyalty. I need more King!

Author Bio
Originally born and bred in Canterbury, New Zealand, Max now resides with her family in beautiful and sunny Queensland, Australia. Life with two young children can be hectic at times, and although she may not write as often as she would like, Max wouldn't change a thing.
In her down time, Max can be found at her local gym, brain-storming through a session with the weights. Or, she may be out bumping, and jostling her way along a dirt track with the family in hubby's 4WD.
