Being the first book, that I have read by this author, I was intrigued by the blurb and pleasantly surprised.


Kentlee is a young woman that has expectations put upon her by her family. Being told that in order to gain status and become something she needs to marry a wealthy man. Kentlee feels that this is the wrong thing to do, as she wishes to marry for love and love alone. She works hard to make something of herself and makes sure she is self sufficient. Plans laid ahead are knocked sideways when she meets a man that knocks her off her feet. This is the type of man that her parents would disapprove of, but she doesn't care.

Fury, president of the Notorious Devils MC is tired of club whores, he is looking for sweet, someone that he can come home to, and live his life outside of the MC. Meeting Kentlee he feels like he has found his sweet, but doesn't think that she is old lady material.

A one-night stand results in more than they both bargain for. A story of where family disown, betrayal, love, sacrifice and true love.
