Author: Bella Jewel
Genre: Contemporary Romance
 Release Date: March 21, 2016

They say opposites attract.
In my world that isn’t a good thing.
I did everything I could to escape the motorcycle club I grew up in when I turned twenty-one.
It wasn’t about fear, or betrayal, or even lack of love.
I just needed my own life.
I had to know how it felt to stand on my own two feet without their protection.
Then I met Diesel.
Mysterious, dark, with eyes that screamed to be understood.
From the second I met him, I knew I needed to be in his life.
There’s just one problem – he’s a member of a different motorcycle club.
Two things that should never be combined.
Yet I can’t stay away. No matter how hard he pushes. I can see beyond his mask.
I need to know who he is and I’ll overcome any obstacle to be in his life.
A friendship is born, followed by an epic love.
Our relationship is forbidden.
But I’ll do anything to be in his life.

really liked it

I read this book in one sitting as it was very hard to put down.

This is the second book in the MC Sinners Next Generation series and we know follow Diesel and Mercedes. Both of these are biker brats looking to escape and lead a very different life to that of being in an MC

Both are from different MC's and at first neither of them know this.
Diesel comes across as a jerk, dark and broody, and he makes out that he wants nothing to do with Mercedes.

Mercedes is a fantastic, fun loving, joking woman and you cannot help but love her. She manages to get through Diesel's tough facade.

This is a story of love no matter what will conquer anything.

This was a fantastic read, and recommended to lovers of MC reads.

 "Still waters run deep,
It's where the darkest parts of us sleep.
In the light of day,
We're so much more than what we say."

What happens when you want to spread your wings and learn how to fly? When your family is smothering you with their love and expectations how do you escape the pressure? Well you run away... Mercy leaves to go to college not too far from home running from the restrictions of being an MC brat. Hoping to find herself without the protection of the club she hopes she can discover who she really is without the perceptions of belonging to a well known fierce MC. Yet she can't change the blood flowing in her veins nor the sassy attitude that has been instilled in her very bones...

Lead singer of an up and coming band Wrath, Diesel is the man on campus that everyone either wants to date or be seen with. Girls wants to kiss him, boys want to be him. Hiding behind a mask of indifference he is trying to escape the mistakes of his past. Ticking over and fitting into the stereotype he is content to idle along until one night he meets the light to his darkness. Sinners meet Jokers as the left generation are drawn to each other like a moth to a flame. Rival clubs don't mix but can love conquer all?

The second in the series isn't as sinister as the first but continues with that story line and brings the two clubs together. This is a college romance, new adult type story as the characters are 21 but feel a little younger as they have been so protected by their upbringing and at times their behaviour is also very juvenile that I forgot how old they were meant to be. I loved catching up with both MC clubs and spending time with the gorgeous men I fell in love with previously. Diesel and Mercy have a long road ahead of them and I hope we get to see more of them in the future. The push and pull of their romance and the banter between them made them an adorable couple. Mercy stole the show really. She's one of a kind!

A four star read.

Wow, she's done it again.
I love Mercy and Diesel, I had to refresh my memory just a little but I loved it. These two have a love hate relationship, but they don't back down and that is what I love, but you know there is more to Diesel than what he shows. it was great to see past characters and I hope to see more . loved it.
