Danni is working at a local bar trying to make ends meat for her and her 3 year old daughter Skylar and her boyfriend Josh. Danni hadn't planned on her life being this way, but she loves her daughter and she loves Josh but she isn't in love with him. things with josh was great at the beginning but since he lost his job he has become abusive. one night at work some friends from her past came in and it was great catching up with them and seeing them. Will was there as well and Danni has always carried a spark for Will and deep down Will has carried one for her ever since their night at the wedding. with her friends back they are waning to catch up with Danni but Josh doesn't want it to happen. Will notices how Danni flitches when she is around Josh and wonders if Danni is keeping something hidden. Will is super sweet and the sexy complements he whispers to her make me blush. Will offers to be there for her and to take her care of her but she cant do that to josh plus Will is serious about just one girl. Danni's life takes a turn and she has to make a decision that is better for her daughter the truth has to be told. Will Danni allow Will into her life, will she trust him enough. I loved this story. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series.

Kacey is a pen name for two friends, Kelly and Claire. We started this journey together writing Rocking Esme in January 2014. We are avid readers and love all kinds of books. We were inspired to write a rock star book as that’s one of my (Kelly) favourite sorts of books to read. We joked about writing a book and then once we started it kind of just took off and we really love it. We both contributed to all of the Rocking books. Now Claire has taken a back seat due to work commitments and I wrote ‘Taking A Chance’ by myself and Claire was very much involved with the editing, reading and formatting. Now, I have written ‘Giving A Chance’ and had help from many of my friends with editing and beta reading.
It still makes me so happy to see reviews and sales going up. I love writing and hope to do it as more of a full time job in the future.
