After reading the prequel to this, I was excited to read this book and Clarissa has not disappointed yet again....


This is one hell of a dark and twisted read, there are so many twists and turns, you will never know where you are going and you will always be guessing wrong.

Phoenix is a killer, a man you don't want to involve yourself in, or cross as he will come after you with vengeance in mind. For some reason though he is one of those characters that you love to hate. You have to think there must be a reason for him to be the way he is, and we find out all the reasons that he is in this book. It is not what you think, I was surprised.

Vanessa is a person that in the beginning, you will think is a victim in all of this, but she is just as dark and twisted as Phoenix.

I loved reading this book, you have everything you want in a read, dark, twisted, hot scenes, mysteries unravelled.

Clarissa has a way with her writing that just pulls you in from page one, and it is a book that you don't want to put down until you have finished. It is better though if you read the prequel first as then you will have more an understanding of what is going on.

. “I am really not feeling well, I think I am going to go back to the hotel.” I practically cry to Angie, Kim and Kiersten as we walk up to the convention center. I barely make it to the line up to enter the signing room when I hear my name being called. I know that voice, I know what is sounds like when it’s happy, sad, tired. I know what it sounds like as it calls my name while he comes.

“Starr would you wait just one second? Kendra, go ahead in, I’ll be there in a second.” He kisses her forehead as she smiles and hurries inside. I glance back at Kim, Angie, and Kiersten. They are both standing beside me with their mouths practically open. “You three go ahead, I’ll make sure she comes and finds you. I promise.” Then he winks and they all giggle.

Once they disappear through the door, he grabs my arm and leads me down a small hallway. He takes a right and opens a door and steps through and holds it for me to follow. I reluctantly do.

And with that one question I was caught hook line and sinker into Logan's world, I exaggerate not when I say my mouth went dry and my pulse sped up! Leading a double life; personal trainer by day, a high class escort by night this set intrigued me from the get go as for a change the main character is male, using his assets to get ahead. He isn't looking for love, to be saved or for redemption...he makes no excuses about his choices and again that was a breath of fresh air in my library. Written with humour and a great sense of pace and timing this series follows Logan's journey of personal growth and maps his changing perceptions of himself.

Each installment is a seriously hot walk on the wild side, featuring a different scene that the lady has chosen at her booking. These vary greatly never once feeling samey, they range from a seriously diiiiirrrttty and deviant Filthy for the Night scenerio including group sex and public sex to Virgin for the Night where Logan deflowers the client in a tender way. With each scenario we are shown another side to Logan, another facet of his his personality. The box set also features a steamy and seriously hot menage scenario, a totally alpha biker set up and my personal favourite..a BDSM Dom/Sub scene that I was seriously worried would melt my kindle at one point.

This series is not lacking in well written and realistic sex scenes and neither do they feel tacky as some may suspect as it's written from a male escort point of view. Interspersed with humour, wit and strong chareacter development this series is much much more than you expect from a series of escort novellas. Quickly you see that Logan is a good guy, invested in his career, willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his clients and ensure they feel they have received nothing but the best. Slowly we peel back the outer gift wrapping to get to the real Logan, book by book...and honestly the twists and turns keep on coming! Amazingly well written story with some truly emotive scenes make this a must read.

I don't know where to start. Logan, Logan, Logan. Logan Steele is a walking. talking sex on a stick. we get to experience many of Logans sex escapes with each book. I felt like I was a part of every fantasy that was portrayed, but nit only do we see how well Logan can perform and oh how he can perform, we also get to see a side of Logan that his clients dont, well all of them but one.... Beth, Logan realizes how special she is from the very first meet, but still he doesn't show his true self. I love seeing vulnerable Logan and when he admits his feelings towards Beth it's a high to see him crumble cause Logan Steele let's no one in. I love this series and I loved seeing the dirty sexy side of Logan along with the sweet sexy side, but I loved, loved dominant Logan at his true self, this by far is one if my favorite series CJ Fallowfield is awesome and it shows with each page. definitely a must read cause everyone should meet Logan Steele.
