You wouldn't think that this was the debut book for this author because this book was so fantastic I want more.
The story line was perfect, the characters sexy, the sex was hot. What more can you ask for, well maybe book 2 to come out ASAP.

This is the debut from one talented writer as this read grabs your attention from the start. Opening with the glitz and glamour of Jada's perfect high profile celebrity lifestyle the writing spirals into the darkest depths as we bare witness to the acts of deranged man. Jada suffers horrible at the hands of a man her family trusted and she is left damaged yet fighting to prevent him from gaining her family's winery.
Max Brunetti, long time family friend and billionaire has his eyes fixed squarely on the prize. He wants the winery as his own and due to the bad judgements made by Jada's father he sees a way to gain everything he wants and appear as a knight in shining armour. He wants The Sinclair Winery and he wants to possess her, he needs to own her too.
Max know what he wants and plots, schemes and manipulates to get his own way. He is a master in business and is accustomed to getting what he wants with minimal effort. Jada though is feisty and refuses to become just a plaything, a toy for him to parade around. She confesses she has always felt attracted to him and the sexual tension between them is palatable. The plot has twists and turns and has some gritty violent elements to it that kept those pages turning! An amazing read, well written and beautifully crafted, I could almost taste the wine!

This debut novel by Elle Raven completely blew me away. I was drawn into the story from the first page and wow what a first chapter: Glitz, glamour, greed then pow!! A complete shock to knock you on your ass with the darker side of life rearing it's ugly head....

when can we stop letting pride and need for control come between love.

2. Max is her best friends brother.
Max is a player, the towns most eligible bachelor. He lives up to his name and must have control in all things including love. when the opportunity comes to help a close family friend he jumps at the chance, but it will come at a price.
Max has always deep down wanted Jada, but only on his terms, now he has the chance to have the best of both worlds...... love and control but will he admit his true feelings.
I loved this book. I can't belive it took me long to discover it. Definitely one of my favorite reads.

This book continues on from where the first book ended. We are transported back into Barrosa country. Here we have the most sexist, moody Zane, oh how I would love to have me a Zane.
